Stops 7222 & 6222 - Kilbirnie Crescent at WRAC 

Changes for these stops include: 

  • Lengthening both stops and extending bus entry and exit tapers. 

Stop 6222

  • Stop lengthened to 20m

  • 17.6m of ‘no stopping at all times’ marking added to the bus entry taper

  • This results in the removal of four P120 parking spaces (Monday–Sunday, 8.00am–6.00pm) outside WRAC. 

Stop 7222

  • Stop lengthened to 20m

  • 17.9m of ‘no stopping at all times’ marking added to the bus entry taper

  • This results in the removal of 1 unrestricted parking space. 

Stops 7223 & 6223 - Kilbirnie Crescent near Childers Terrace and Kilbirnie Library

Changes for these stops include: 

  • Removing both stops to improve bus journey efficiency. This results in 2-3 new unrestricted parking spaces in front of 90/92 Kilbirnie Crescent and 3 in front of the WRAC/Kilbirnie Rec Centre carpark.

Stops 7027 & 6027 - Rongotai Road at Ross Street near 119

Changes for these stops include: 

  • Removing both stops to improve bus journey efficiency. This results in 2 new unrestricted parking spaces in front of 112/116 Rongotai Road and 2 in front of 119 Rongotai Road. 

Stops 7028 & 6028 - Rongotai Road near Te Whiti Street

Changes for these stops include: 

  • Lengthening both stops and extending bus entry and exit tapers, and relocating one shelter. 

Stop 7028

  • Stop lengthened to 20m

  • 19.8m of ‘no stopping at all times’ marking added to the bus entry taper

  • 6.9m of ‘no stopping at all times’ marking added to the bus exit taper

  • Existing bus shelter relocated to new front of stop.

  • RTI sign relocated to the front of the stop 

Stop 6028

  • Stop lengthened to 20m

  • 23.9m of ‘no stopping at all times’ marking added to the bus entry taper

  • 3.3m of ‘no stopping at all times’ marking added to the bus exit taper

  • This results in 3 parking spaces being removed from outside 139 Rongotai Road
